This is the Unlimited Package for our NFA Gun Trust. With this package, you can create a different trust for every NFA item you ever own. Or combine a few items onto one Trust, a few more onto another, mix and match, the choice is all yours. These are not “single-use” Trusts, but you can use them like that if you want. These are fully fledged Trusts, each usable the same way as our standard NFA Gun Trust. You can add a new item to any of your existing Trusts, or just get a new one made.
Each Trust will list you as the creator of the trust, but each will have a separate list of Trustees (which you can amend as you’d like). This means you can wait to add Trustees to each Trust until after you’ve received your tax stamp, saving them the effort of filling out paperwork and getting fingerprinted. Plus, you can keep different Trustees assigned to different NFA items.
Each Trust will be named separately, with whatever names you choose, ideal for Form 1 builds where you’d like to engrave something in particular as the manufacturer.
With your first Trust, you’ll receive a trust pack customer code. To get a new trust, just contact us by email or phone and let us know what new info you’d like on your trust, give us your code, and we’ll create and review your new trust.
Deciding to file a suppressor transfer as an individual or with a trust can be a hard decision. If you do decide to go with a trust, we want to take the complexity and sticker shock out of it. Once you place an order for a NFA Gun Trust, we’ll contact you by email, and you’ll answer a few quick questions (Your name, what you want to name the trust, etc). Once everything is reviewed, you’ll receive a digital copy of your Gun Trust.
Just print out your trust, get it notarized, and you’re good to go.
This is a 50 State legal Gun Trust, optimal for NFA items in any state where those are legal. The trust is well suited for non-NFA firearms, and it can be used for non-firearm property as well, should you so desire.
Your trust will be easy to use, and easy to understand. You can add or remove trustees at your convenience. You can add or remove (non-NFA) firearms or other property easily as well.
Why a Trust? We don’t want to push anyone into using a trust if it’s not what they want or need. There is one big factor that you can use to decide one way or the other: Do you want other named individuals to be able to possess and use the NFA items on the trust while you are not present? If not, then this probably isn’t the product for you, and you can happily file as an individual. If you answered yes, then you’ll want to have a trust made.
As with all legal matters, consultation with an attorney in your state is recommended. The information presented here is not a substitute for appropriate legal advice in your state.
